Yaxley (4) - (1) Wisbech Town
A pleasing result for Hoops and his lads from a game that had both teams playing good attacking football. The young Cuckoos dominated large portions of the game and put in some very attractive play and some superb goals.
The game was watched by our Reserve and 1st team managers - both were very impressed.
Thanks to Wisbech and their supporters for coming over to In2itive park and good luck for the season.
Good start and deserved win.
