This Saturday sees the mouth watering clash between 2 of the more fancied teams in Div 1 this season. Eynesbury are looking forward to their biggest league crowd for many years, and with an estimated 300-400 Diamonds fans making the short trip, the attendance is set to exceed 500 +. High flying St Neots Town have had their game at Kettering postponed on Saturday, and the word on facebook, twitter and their website is that many of their fans are also planning a visit - although may be cheering on the Diamonds.! If any of you dont have a game, or fancy coming along to watch a cracking game on a fantastic surface, then please come along. p.s Parking for this match has been arranged just round the corner of the ground in Ernulf School car park.

Hope you get the bumper crowd Eynesburylad. It'll be interesting to see who the Poppies fans actually do shout for.

Hope you get the bumper crowd Eynesburylad. It'll be interesting to see who the Poppies fans actually do shout for. Doubt there will be any Ploppies fans there. They have a Dylan Cecil Memorial Match organised at Kennedys in Finedon at 3pm so many fans wouldn't have bothered to watch the Saints match at Nene Park even if it hadn't been postponed. Looking forward to this match, between two teams near the top and it would be nice to see Eynesbury get a fair bit of revenue in.

I think my previous post was misunderstood. I meant that there are quite a few St Neots supporters coming to the ground not Kettering. But they are saying on their website, that they are all coming to cheer on their skipper from last year, Chris Hope. Either way, it will swell the crowd. Really looking forward to it.
