Typical of a "Pretend Cockney" to cast doubt. Go for it Doughboys, see you all next Season.

Doughboy and Jonmac......were you there when the Doughboys needed you a few years ago? As the saying goes....a dog is for life not just for Xmas. I for one am really looking forward to both visiting you and receiving your team next season and I hope that WTFC is here to stay and will not disappear again once the novelty wears off.

Where was I? Earning a living. As I am now retired, I regularly support the Doughboys at every opportunity I can. Yes, "A dog is for life! Oh! We are not a novelty! Want to make a bet it won't wear off this time around? I sincerely hope that other UCL teams can take a leaf out of our book and enhance their own positions,as we have done.

Doughboy, people at every UCL club are working hard and most of those guys are earning a living at the same time. Wellingborough is a super example of what can happen but please have little more thought for those clubs that are not based in such a large town as you guys and also not in your clubs position. Some of the clubs you have played against this season are fighting for their very existence and sitting on the time bomb from the FA as to when they implement the restructure at step 6.

Blissycook, I have visited majority of the grounds in our league this season and can sympathise with the position that some of them find themselves in, but that it is not the fault of my club. We have had a successful season, that is widely acknowledged, but some of us are getting a little fed up with adverse comments made on this site regarding our club I would politely request that a little decorum and politeness is accorded to us too. We are all after fair play at the end of the day. As I am often told "It's only a game" "Come on my luverly jubberly Doughboys"

adverse comments??? Not from me doughboy I think its great what has happened at Wellingborough was simply trying to highlight the plight of other clubs in the division you currently play in, without whom?? who would you be playing against??? its all very well you being sensitive to comments made but frankly your comments can also provoke a response. Good natured banter not a problem. put a smile on your face..... as you say its only a game!
