congrats to the real Huntingdon Town, they were to good for Chenecks, and if this young team is allowed to develop they will be serious contenders next season. But one can't help but notice with all the talk about who will be manager next year, whether Gary Ling isn't already being hung, drawn and quartered.

well well well!
2 great results for town, 2 nil away saturday and a local derby win today. proves gary ling was right to pull the team out of a meaningless friendly v cambridge united.

what a great season - i dont think 5th from bottom and less points than last season - yes great progress - get a good manager and lets get huntingdon on the football map - oh yes the town paper reporter what a joke you would only think there was one player in the team the goalkeeper town are becoming a laughing stock

only go to town when cambridge play away hopefully the club committee will see the light and get rid of the hopeless management they have now and give us a team to watch in the top 5 of the league not the bottom 5

yeah CUFC watcher ur comments are bang on!!!! NOT!!! Another town insider who cant give credit where credit is due. Hopeless management... i think not. gary ling has done wonders with the resources he has to get so many results.
I mean if the truth be known, the town lads have had some great results this season and done the club pround with some great performances. With the majority of the players aged 20 and under the future is bright, if they keep Gary Ling in charge!! The players are loyal to HIM and he is the reason why town arent playin in the cambs league next year.
I think that closes this discussion. if any1 wants to give us a bit of credit please do so.......

spot on anon! every1 seems 2 have got Gary Lings future decided already, especially u cufc watcher im 100% sure if u went around the town changing room and asked who should be in charge, EACH AND EVERY ONE of the players will say Gary Ling he has all the players FULL backing! the whole club is progressing with a young exciting squad! every1 seems 2 think that miracles happen over night, things take time! cufc watcher if u have ever been in a changing room in your life....which i doubt, if u could see the town changing room and the team spirit u would think we had won the league!!! So unless u know the numbers of Mr Wenger, Mourinho or Ferguson...Gary Ling should be in charge! And please....STOP MOANING!!!
