Sorry chaps, back up allegations with names, if correct i am sure that all neccessary steps will be taken, and if pns knew this was the case it should have been mentioned before game, if this not the case, sour grapes spring to mind.

Whitworths should beat Kislingbury who are a hit & miss side from the Combination Prem, with a very mouthy manager. Very true !!! (the mouthy bit ) I know from first hand experience ! I don't think you are alone with first hand experience of the gobby one from Kislingbury. He's got no idea when it comes to football, just shouts and bawls. I was talking to a couple of his players the other day and they both said they just don't listen to him because he's so mouthy. Makes me wonder why they retain him as manager? Can't be on his results either.

Was your team involved jimmy?

I agree with Jimmy on this one, i'm not involved in either team and think it should be left to the sides involved to sort out and not to be banded about on some web chat!

Can you lot please be nice to each other. Thanks. Sorry to carry this on Jimmy's but I cant let CL take all the flack as it was me who posted the first rumour, and that was what it was....... a rumour heard by me, from a very good source, which I believe was true, but not as yet confirmed. If you look at message boards up and down the country, you will find rumours circulating about whos going where, whos tapping who, who was seen where etc. this is why most of us use forums to see if there is any news/gossip about our club (or our neighbours) and this way it can also be confirmed or denied by the people who know before it gets to far. I think most people would want to know if an Alleged inelligible player had played against them (especially local rivals) So if you can confirm or deny a rumour, great. but dont rubbish it or anybody till you know Be nice ;D

Merko,
In hindsight your right as a lot of people thought that p'boro sports would win.
They are a good side but nothing special. The two front lads are good players but overall Thrapston just weren't up for it and didn't look as though they wanted it!
Having gone two goals down and clawed it back to 2-2 Thrapston looked as though they would go on and win the game however they need to learn to keep the back door shut!!
One final thing, what an absolute bunch they had on the bench. The big fat salad dodger (not sure is he's manager or coach) wants to have a look at himself. All he done all game was shout and swear at our players and at one point deliberately kicked the ball away when our full back tried to take a throw. Then he barged into him sparking a big confrontation between players!
Okay people will read this and say its sour grapes but I assure its not and sports deserved to win its just really frustrating when you lose
Lets hope they draw Whitworths in the Semi's and get a hiding!!

Commiserations mate. I spoke to a friend who watched the match and he shared your opinion. He thought Thrapston would go onto to win the game and was disappointed in the way they conceded.
Sports will even give the likes of Whitworths a good game if they meet in the semi or perhaps even the final. Having heard about their histrionics at Corinths two rounds ago (particuarly from the bench) I can well understand your frustration.
