What has gone in the cup this year. All 4 quarter finals were won by the away side with 3 shocks to boot!!!
It really is anybody's now, although you will have to say that Higham should be the favourites??
Pegasus are a good side and I fancy them to get past Kislingbury

A fully deserved win by Kislingbury, the same Whitworths players won away at PNS last time out and deserved, on merit, to retain their places, but then they failed to work as hard and compete in the same manner against Kislingbury, big lesson learnt. The result could have gone either way and a number of chances were missed by Whitworths (a couple of real sitters) but credit were credit is due, Kislingbury wanted it more and they got it.
No hard feelings at all and good luck to them in the Semi's.

I think you will find kislingbury do not play on a park pitch and their facilities are as equal and better than some ucl clubs ie(higham who play on park pitch)

no offense lankie, it is a generalization by some to "put down" the so called little sides from the comb and p,boro leagues, you would be surprised at facilities available to clubs from that level, and ambition burns bright in a number, but as the goalpost,s keep moving they slip further behind, but when all falls into place these clubs will be good acquisitions to the leagues they apply to.

Dont worry nextseason, the goalposts are moving for (or against!!) everyone, not just the Combination clubs.

I guess this was down to the illegal player issues?? If PNS are re-instated then for me that makes them the favourites!!

Ground grading has been tough and some teams who have invested nothing for years could and will end up getting hurt. Not easy finding or justifying money required to develop these grounds and with the fall in club numbers in the UCL, maybe the combination is the place to be..
